I'll be honest....
With the birth of my first child I felt overwhelmed, off my beat, anxious, as if I was living a life that wasn’t mine, and worse I felt alone in my struggle.
I was fortunate to find a support group that let me know I wasn’t alone. During individual counseling I learned ways to put all the pieces back in balance and honest communication with my support system who stepped up to help in many different ways.
I understand and know it gets better!
My Educational Background
When I was a kid I always wanted to be a doctor. I wanted to care for others and help them heal. Not to mention the human body was so fascinating to me.
In college I found the pre-med program to be too 1 + 1 = 2 while I was more of a blue + X = Joy kind of person. I was absolutely miserable.
It would be an intro to psychology class that would change the direction of my life. I felt empowered and encouraged to be ME and not to fit into some boring mold!!! I changed my major and never regretted it. Now I look forward to partnering with others as they find their true, authentic selves.

I get it. The thought of sharing private thoughts is scary. Yet here you are bravely looking for the right person to go on this journey with you. You can do this one step at a time.
FUN FACTS
My favorite movies are either sappy Rom-Coms or bloody, exploding action movies. Its either the Princess Bride or Kill Bill Vol. I-III.
If you can relate then you’re my people and we should meet.
I’m an avid reader of romance novels. I can get so lost in the world of a good book I feel sad when it is over. I feel sad going back to “real” life.
Can you relate? Is “real” life overwhelming you? I would welcome a chance to talk to you about how things can be different.
